Whether you're joining the University, leaving, or moving to a new space, there are procedures to follow and tasks that have to be completed.  Please see the summaries below based on your need.

New Labs at the University

All new labs must be commissioned prior to the initiation of work.

Labs Relocating Within the University

Labs relocating to new rooms or buildings within the University must both decommission previous lab space and commission new lab space.

Labs Leaving the University

Labs ceasing work and abandoning physical space must be decommissioned prior to leaving.
